- Start Here: how to use it, with clickable contents
- Setup: your year, your income sources, 30 spending categories (Needs or Wants) with monthly budgets, plus your savings goals and debts
- Transactions: one log for the whole year. Pick the category from a dropdown, and each entry sorts itself as income, expense, savings or debt
- Month View: choose a month to see budget against actual for every category, with overspends in red and four summary tiles
- Budget Dashboard: income, spent, saved, debt paid, left over and savings rate, with a budget-against-actual chart and a "where it went" chart
- Year Dashboard: all 12 months side by side, with a savings rate and charts of income against spending and where the money went
- Savings Goals: progress bars and how much you need per month
- Debt Tracker and Bills: a tick for each month, and an "unpaid this month" total

Only long-standing spreadsheet functions are used, with no macros, so there is nothing to enable. There are no currency symbols built in, so any currency works.
Please note
- Digital download: nothing will be posted. We email the files to the Google account you signed in with.
- Formula cells are locked against accidents, with no password, so you can't break the maths by mistake.
- A budgeting tool only, not financial advice.
- The Debt Tracker shows your balance minus the payments you log. Interest isn't included, so check your statements for exact figures.
