Refunds

These are digital goods. If the planner or the app does not open for the household that paid, email hello@fayandform.com within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that charge or fix the access.

Tell us the email on the account and the date of the payment. Stripe is the card processor; the refund goes back to that card.

A change of mind after you have opened and used the planner is not a refund. If you bought on Etsy, Etsy’s own case rules apply to that order, not this page.
