WHAT'S INSIDE (20 tabs)
- Start Here: how to use it, with clickable contents
- Setup: the year, and up to eight habits you want to track
- Year at a Glance: twelve mini calendars, with any date that has an event shaded
- Events: one list of birthdays, holidays, appointments and deadlines. They appear on every calendar automatically
- 12 Monthly calendars (January to December): Monday start, up to two events a day, today highlighted, plus monthly goals, a ticked to-do list and notes
- Weekly View: pick a week number to see its seven days with that week's events and the tasks due each day
- Tasks: due date, priority, category and status. Overdue tasks turn red, and done tasks grey out
- Goals: a few goals with Q1 to Q4 steps and a progress bar
- Habits: 12 monthly grids with a tick for each day and a completion percentage per habit
Reusable
The year is a single setting. Change 2027 to 2028 on Setup and every calendar redraws.

Only long-standing spreadsheet functions are used, with no macros, so there is nothing to enable. There are no currency symbols built in, so any currency works.
Please note
- Digital download: nothing will be posted. We email the files to the Google account you signed in with.
- Formula cells are locked against accidents, with no password, so you can't break the maths by mistake.
